The posts of Members Personnel and Finance have been lying vacant for quite some time. D P S Negi retired as Member Finance in November last year while the post of Member Personnel has been lying vacant after the retirement of incumbent Suresh Chandra Panda on February 5, 2017 and since then the Board has failed to appoint his replacement.
