IAS officer promoted as ACS in UP, flooded with congratulatory messages from Bihar!
IAS Alok Kumar was recently appointed Additional Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh and he got congratulatory messages more from Bihar. Basically, Alok hails from Mathuramal Tola in Manjhaul Panchayat, Begusarai district, Bihar. Speaking after the appointment, Alok Kumar expressed heartfelt gratitude: “As I take on this new responsibility, I thank my colleagues, friends, family, the people of Begusarai, and my native village.” Many public figures extended congratulations, including Union Minister Giriraj Singh, former Minister Ramjivan Singh, former Rajya Sabha MP Rakesh Sinha, MLC Sarvesh Kumar, MLA Kundan Singh, former MLA Anil Chaudhary, and student leader Kanhaiya Kumar.
