R.N. Abanikant Parida, who is presently serving as Senior Divisional Personnel Officer (Sr. DPO), East Coast Railway (ECoR), has been appointed on deputation as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Paradip Port Authority (PPA), Paradip, under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
