Visakhapatnam: GVMC South Zonal Commissioner M Mallayya Naidu has informed that a public auction will be conducted on June 9 at 11:00 AM at the GVMC South Zone Office, Suryabagh, for leasing out shop rooms, markets, and function halls located in various areas under the jurisdiction of the South Zone.

The public auction will be conducted for the various properties including shop rooms at Spring Road Dykes Tank Commercial Complex (Ground Floor and First Floor), Jagadamba Commercial Complex, Old Bus Stand (Phase-I & II), Padmanagar Commercial Complex, Suryabagh Commercial Complex (First Floor), T S R Commercial Complex, Diamond Park Commercial Complex, Asilmetta Commercial Complex. Besiddes auction will be held for the Markets at Relli Veedhi (Roadside) Fish Market. Nehru Bazaar Market Srinagar Market and Function Halls (Kalyana Mandapams) at Sailada Paiditalli Naidu Kalyana Mandapam, Sri Potti Sriramulu Kalyana Mandapam.

The Zonal Commissioner requested interested individuals, firms, and organizations to participate in the public auction. For further details, interested parties may contact the Office Superintendents of the South Zone during office hours between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Detailed information regarding the auction has also been displayed on the notice board at the South Zone Office, Suryabagh.
