K M Singh gets first ‘Subhash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskar’

A retired IPS officer, K M Singh, who served as Special Director, Intelligence Bureau (IB) and founder member of NDMA, has been conferred with first ‘Subhash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskar’ in individual category on the birth anniversary Subhash Chandra Bose. The award is given to institutions and individuals in the field of disaster management. The award was constituted last year to be given annually on Netaji's birth anniversary on Jan 23.
