The file of Pradip Kumar Das, Director (Finance), India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), is reported to be gathering dust at the Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) since October 2019, for want of its approval for the appointment Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA).
