Why did PM Narendra Modi chose Shah Hardik Satishchandra as his PS instead of Rajender Kumar ? Insiders say because of merit, Gujarati and loyalty. Shah had been PS to Prakash Javdekar and Harshvardhan also. He is 2010 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre.
