Sudhir Singh – who is Senior Scale (SS) officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) in North Eastern Railway, has been transferred to Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) on his own request and appointed to officiate in junior administrative grade (JAG) category and posted in the cadre.
