Ms. Wormila Jasmine Keishing, Deputy Chief Project Officer (IT, T&C & Welfare), Northern Railway, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary,  Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), Delhi on deputation basis under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years. She is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
