Swarup Kumar Saha, Executive Director, Punjab National Bank (Parent Bank), has been appointed Additional Director (Non- Executive) of PNB Gilts Limited. Meanwhile, Vishesh Kumar Srivastava has resigned from the position of Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director consequent upon his nomination being withdrawn by the Parent Bank.
