Eight IPS officers in Chhattisgarh have been shifted and given new postings. Accordingly, Deepak Jha has been posted as SP, Balodabazar, while Parul Mathur was made SP, Bilaspur and I K Elesala is now Commandant, 11th Battalion, CHAMPA. Similarly, Mohit Garg will be appointed as Commandant, 14th Battalion, Balod; Lal Umed Singh as SP, Kawardha; Arvind Kujur as Commandant, 3rd Battalion, Amleshwar; Dharmendra Singh Chhawai as SP, Bemetara and J R Thakur is now SP, Gariaband.
