Dr. Champak Biswas, who is presently posted on pinpointed senior administrative grade (SAG) in Central Railway (CR), has been shifted to Eastern Railway (ER) at his own request and posted in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
