Michael Kotas has been appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director of John Cockerill India Limited effective from June 1, 2023. He will succeed Vivek Bhide, who will step down as Managing Director effective from the close of working hours of May 31, 2023. However, Bhide will continue to serve as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company.
