The Power Foundation of India (PFI) and FSR Global Council (FSR Global) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together to support India's transition towards a cleaner energy future. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Basu said, "We are excited to collaborate with FSR Global in our mission to facilitate sustainable development of the power sector in India. This collaboration will enable us to leverage FSR Global's rich experience in research and capacity building in the areas of power sector regulation, power market development, and managing energy transition to supplement and expand our capabilities to address the challenges of the power sector more effectively. We look forward to a mutually enriching partnership." Ms. Kumar said, "This collaboration is a great example of how we can work towards SDG7 via SDG17, as we bring together our institutional expertise to join forces and co-create sustainable actions in India, both at a central and state level.” Power Foundation of India is a think-tank and a policy advocacy body in the Power Sector.
