Mandar V Deo, who is currently serving as Joint Managing Director of Exide Energy Solutions Limited (EESL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Exide Industries Limited, will be elevated to the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of EESL, effective November 1, 2024. He will replace Arun Mittal, who has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons, effective October 31, 2024.
