R Meenakshi has been relieved of the charges of Secretary to CM, Secretary, Labour and Chairman, Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, while she will continue to discharge responsibility of other posts; Shailesh Bagauli, Secretary to CM and Secretary, Cabinet (Gopan), has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, Higher Education; Hari Chandra Sempal takes over as Commissioner, Excise; Surendra Narayan Pandey, Secretary to CM and Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, will also hold charge of Secretary, Revenue; Savin Bansal has been posted as District Magistrate, Dehradun; C Ravishankar has been relieved of the charge of CEO, UCADA; Yugal Kishore Pant was appointed as Additional Secretary, Panchayati Raj and Director, Swajal; Dhiraj Singh Garbyal as Additional Secretary, Rural Development and Additional Secretary, PWD; Sonika as Additional Secretary, Cooperative; Registrar, Cooperative and CEO, UCADA; Dr Iqbal, Additional Secretary, Finance, has been given charge of CEO, Uttarkhand Khandi & Village Industries Board in addition to his present duty; Karmendra Singh has been posted as District Magistrate, Haridwar; Rani Joshi as Additional Secretary, Personnel and Vigilance and Additional Secretary, Irrigation and Minor Irrigation; Vineet Tomar as MD, KMVN; Alok Kumar Pandey as District Magistrate, Almora; Himanshu Khurana as CEO, PMGSY and Secretary, Right to Service Commission; Abhishek Rohilla as Additional Secretary, Tourism  and Additional CEO, Tourism Development Board; Banshidhar Tiwari, Additional Secretary, Information has been relieved of the charges of DG, School Education and Ex-officio State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan; Anuradha Pal was posted as Additional Secretary, Medical, Health and Medical Education; Jharna Kamthan as DG, School Education and Ex-officio State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan; Prashant Kumar Arya, Additional Secretary, Child Development has been relieved of the charge of Commissioner, Excise. And assigned charge of MD, GMVN; Sandeep Tiwari will join as District Magistrate, Chamoli; Ashish Bhatgain as District Magistrate, Bageshwar; Vinod Giri as District Magistrate, Pithoragarh and Apurva Pandey was appointed Additional Secretary, Drinking Water and Secretary, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) with additional charge of Secretary, Real Estate Appellate Tribunal.
