Outgoing Secretary to the President Draupadi Murmu ,Rajesh Verma, has been appointed full-time Chairperson in the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) in NCR and Adjoining Areas for a period of three years. He is a 1987 batch former IAS officer of Odisha cadre.
