A many as six Additional/Joint Secretaries in the Government of India have been appointed as Central Prabhari Officers (CPOs) to the various districts. Accordingly, Gulzar N has been appointed CPO, Alluri Sitharamaraju district, AP, while Niraj Kumar Bansod was made CPO, Korba and Nand Kumarum is Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh. Similarly, Anand Kumar Jha has been appinted as CPO, Godda, Jharkhand; Purna Chandran Kishan as CPO, Koraput Odisha and Rajesh Agarwal was made CPO, Chandel, Manipur.
