Nikhil G Tanwani, who is presently serving as Whole-Time Director of Baba Arts Limited, has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director of the company, effective November 1, 2024. He succeeds Gordhan P Tanwani, who resigned from the post due to age and health issues, effective October 31, 2024.
