Harsh Khare, who is currently serving as Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Hubballi (UBL), South Western Railway (SWR), has been relieved to join Railway Board as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Electrical Engineering (G), at Railway Board. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
