IPS Adnan Nayeem Asmi is a 2013 Batch Officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre and is currently posted as superintendent of police (SP) of West Godavari ,AP. His mission for the district is to enhance Vigilance, aiming to prevent crimes beforehand and ensure proper evidence collection.

To achieve this, Adnan is leveraging technology to expand coverage, increase movement and improve efficiency"I am trying to use the technology as much to the advantage”he explained. "By integrating artificial intelligence tools,CCTVs and drones, we can enhance surveillance and response time"

Emphasizing the role of technology driven approach ,he highlighted the impact of such innovations “ A single constable on duty can physically cover only a limited area.But with CCTV’s and AI powered monitoring, we can cover much larger region”he noted “ Some crime still does take place,than it helps us to detect it quickly and ensures we have proper evidence for investigation”
