Mrs S Jeyanthi is proving her mettle in the preponderance of male dominated management. She is one of the 27 women Board members out of 700 Board Members in Public Sector Undertakings (PSU). Mrs S Jeyanthi had initially joined the Board as Director (Human Resources), ITI Ltd as additional charge February 28, 2023 and later appointed as Director Production with effect from May 19, 2023. She had started her career in ITI Bangalore Plant as Assistant Executive Engineer in 1989 and thereafter held various positions in Production area. Mrs S Jeyanthi has rich experience of more than 3 decades of handling Production of Telecom and allied products. She  was promoted as General Manager-Production of Palakkad Unit during 2021. Mrs Jeyanthi has successfully upgraded Production facilities of Bangalore Plant and executed prestigious orders for Defence and ISRO. She is a B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering Graduate from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi, Tamilnadu.
