For the first time, Central Govt Notary suspended in WB (UPDATED)
For the first time, after the judgment of the Supreme Court, the Ministry of Law and Justice has suspended Pashupati Shah as Central Government Notary appointed in Siliguri in West Bengal for misconduct and violation of the Notary Act, 1952, and by notarizing in the absence of the deponent.
