Vinay Kumar Garg, who is presently serving in North Central Railway (NCR), has been transferred to Research Design and Standards Organisation (RDSO) and appointed as Principal Executive Director/SE, RDSO. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
