M Ramesh Kumar, who is returning from deputation to National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), has been posted as Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Guntur (GNT), South Central Railway (SCR). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
