Rajneesh Gupta, who is presently serving in Research Design and Standards Organisation (RDSO), has been transferred to North Eastern Railway (NER) and posted as Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Lucknow (LJN). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
