Rajiv Gupta, who is presently serving in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been transferred to South Central Railway (SCR) and as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction)/Road Safety Projects. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
