Nine IPS officers have been reshuffled in Kerala. Yogesh Gupta is transferred and posted as Director General, Fire & Rescue Services, while Manoj Abraham has been appointed as Director, Vigilance & Anti Corruption Bureau and M R Ajithkumar will take over as Excise Commissioner. Similarly, Balram Kumar Upadhyay was posted as Director, Kerala Police Academy (KEPA); Mahipal Yadav IPS as Additional Director General of Police, Crimes; G Sparjan Kumar as Inspector General of Police, Crimes I, Thiruvananthapuram; P Prakash as Inspector General of Police, Coastal Police; K Sethu Raman as Inspector General of Police and Director General of Prisons & Correctional Services and A Akbar was transferred as Inspector General of Police, Internal Security.
