Vijay Kumar Panjiar, who is presently serving as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE), Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW), has been transferred to Indian Railway Institute of Civil Engineering (IRICEN), Pune and posted as Director General. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
