Jinesh Mohan, who is presently serving as Deputy Chief Materials Manager, CN, PER, at Southern Railway (SR), has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Biotechnology under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years. He is an Indian Railway Stores Service (IRSS) officer.
