In a major administrative rejig, IAS officers have been shifted and given new responsibilities in J&K. Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Commissioner, Budgam, while Anil Kumar Singh takes over as Principal Secretary, of the Social Welfare Department and he will also hold the responsibility of Administrative Secretary, Mining Department. Similarly, Baseer Ul Haq Chowdhary has been posted as  Mission Director, National Health Mission, Jammu and Kashmir; Niraj Kumar as Administrative Secretary, Public Grievances; Akshay labroo as Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar; Faz Lal Haseeb as Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation; Ms Mahima Madan as CEO, JaKeGa; Saurabh Bhagat as Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs; Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary as Secretary, Department of Science and Technology with additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Civil Aviation; Dr Piyush Singla was shifted as Secretary, Information Technology; Naveen S L as Secretary, Transport Department; Nazim Zai Khan as Mission Director, ICPS; Majid Khalil Ahmed Drabu as Commissioner Inquiry; Owais Ahmed as Director of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Kashmir; Gurpal Singh as Director of Social Welfare Jammu; Similarly, Rupesh Kumar as Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority; Shreya Singhal as Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation with additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, JK ERA and Anant Dwivedi has been appointed as CEO, State Health Agency and he will also hold the charge of Mission Director, Ayush Bharat Digital Health Mission, Jammu and Kashmir.
