The HURL Annual Marketing Conference 2025, held from 4th to 6th June in New Delhi, was a celebration of purpose, progress, and people. Bringing together marketing teams and leadership from HO & Plants, the conference reflected HURL’s unwavering commitment to building a sustainable future for Indian agriculture. Under the inspiring theme "Above & Beyond — Rising Higher, Achieving Greater," the conference served as a platform to align strategy, share insights, recognise excellence, and foster unity across the organisation. Coinciding with World Environment Day, the event underscored HURL’s deep-rooted values of sustainability, innovation, and farmer empowerment — values that are now central to its marketing approach. The conference opened with a powerful keynote address by MD, HURL, Dr. Siba Prasad Mohanty, who set the tone by urging teams to continue building a future where every field flourishes and every farmer thrives. The unveiling of HURL’s new Corporate Film reinforced this vision, showcasing the company’s growing impact across India’s agricultural landscape. A key moment of the conference was the inspiring visit of Chairman, HURL, Mukesh Agrawal, who graced the event and interacted with the marketing team. In his address, Chairman Sir commended the team’s efforts in promoting sustainable practices, and urged them to continue leading with innovation, agility, and a deep farmer-first mindset. His presence further strengthened the team’s resolve to go Above & Beyond in the coming year. Strategic sessions led by VPs and Plant Heads provided deep insights into financial performance, HR initiatives, supply chain execution, product quality, and R&D advancements — all geared toward strengthening HURL’s market presence and brand value. Manish Billore, VP & HOD Marketing had presented a detailed Marketing Plan & Strategy for FY 2025–26, focusing on:Expanding bio & organic offerings (Mycorrhiza, FOM, LFOM); Deepening PM-PRANAM initiatives across states; Enhancing POS strategies and digital outreach and Strengthening farmer-centric communication and education. As part of HURL’s commitment to sustainability, participants proudly wore the Green Badge — "I Support Sustainable Agriculture." The Marketing Team, led by MD, took a collective Pledge — "Every Action for the Nation" — reaffirming their responsibility to promote soil health, resource conservation, and sustainable farming practices across the country. A special highlight was the unveiling of the magazine "HURL - Uttar Pradesh: On the Path of PM-PRANAM," a showcase of HURL’s pioneering efforts in driving sustainable agriculture under India’s PM-PRANAM vision. The magazine documents field success stories, innovative bio & organic interventions, and collaborative efforts to build long-term soil health and farmer prosperity. True to the spirit of Above & Beyond, the conference celebrated the vibrant culture and achievements of Team HURL. A dynamic Zumba session energised participant, reinforcing HURL’s belief that wellness fuels performance and positivity at the workplace.he much-awaited Marketing Awards Ceremony recognised top performers across: Traded Products, PoS (Urea), Promotional Activities, Award winners were felicitated by MD on stage — applauded not just for their numbers, but for their innovation, dedication, and impact on the ground. The HURL Annual Marketing Conference 2025 was a resounding affirmation of the company’s core belief: growth with purpose. It was a platform where strategies were sharpened, successes were celebrated, and the collective spirit of rising Above & Beyond was rekindled. As HURL moves forward into the new financial year, the marketing team does so with renewed energy and shared resolve — committed to serving farmers, nurturing soil health, driving sustainable growth, and shaping the future of Indian agriculture.
