Under its flagship “SAKSHAM” initiative, HURL proudly concluded a six-month residential skill development programme at CIPET, Lucknow — empowering youth with hands-on, industry-aligned training in Machine Operation – Injection Moulding (MO-IM). In a heartwarming valedictory function held on June 19, 2025, 35 trainees were awarded course completion certificates, while 33 received job offer letters from reputed companies — a true reflection of skill translating into opportunity. Graced by HURL’s Vice President (HR), CIPET’s academic leadership, and local dignitaries, the event celebrated not just achievement, but transformation.
