whispers in the corridors
Under its flagship “SAKSHAM” initiative, HURL proudly concluded a six-month residential skill development programme at CIPET, Lucknow — empowering youth with hands-on, industry-aligned training in Machine Operation – Injection Moulding (MO-IM). In a heartwarming valedictory function held on June 19, 2025, 35 trainees were awarded course completion certificates, while 33 received job offer letters from reputed companies — a true reflection of skill translating into opportunity. Graced by HURL’s Vice President (HR), CIPET’s academic leadership, and local dignitaries, the event celebrated not just achievement, but transformation. This initiative stands as a shining example of HURL’s commitment to inclusive growth, nation-building, and Atmanirbhar Bharat — where every skilled hand finds purpose and possibility.
