Ravish Kumar, who has been relieved from the post of Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Bhavnagar, Western Railway, has been transferred to Modern Coach Factory (MCF) and appointed as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), FWP. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
