Rahul Gandhi and Vote Theft 

Rahul Gandhi recently accused the Election Commission of India and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of orchestrating "vote chori" (vote theft) in the 2024 General election and recent state assembly elections. He claimed that over 100,250 duplicate voters were found in the Mahadevapura assembly segment of Bengaluru Central, Karnataka. The Election Commission responded by asking Gandhi to submit a signed declaration under oath to substantiate his allegations, which Gandhi refused, stating that his public statements should suffice. The controversy has sparked a political storm, with the BJP dismissing Gandhi's claims as "misleading".
