This is a dangerous order as far as the privacy of an individual is concerned. It will lead to a cacophony of problems as everyone can claim public activity or public interest to obtain personal information of a colleague. It is an unending process as everything an official does during the office hours can be termed as public activity. The dividing line is thin and not clear. There would be a lot of litigation and bad blood between officials
