India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Tourism, has announced its financial results for the first quarter of FY 2025-26, reflecting a steady performance across its business segments. In the first quarter of FY 2025-26, ITDC reported a total turnover of Rs 92.48 crore, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs 12.90 crore as against the turnover of Rs 84.14 crores and PBT of Rs 10.12 crores in Q1 2024-25 Continuing the trend from the previous fiscal year, ITDC has sustained its performance through a measured approach to service delivery, diversification, and customer-focused initiatives. The results indicate the Corporation’s ability to adapt to evolving market conditions while staying aligned with its core value of quality service and sustainability. Commenting on the performance, Ms Mugdha Sinha, IAS, Managing Director, ITDC, said: “This quarter’s performance is a reflection of the steady efforts our teams are making across every SBU. At ITDC, we’re committed to innovating with purpose, serving with consistency, and building long-term value for all our stakeholders.” Looking ahead, ITDC remains committed to leveraging its legacy strengths while continuing to advance in sustainability practices, data driven strategies and technology as a core driver of competitive edge and future-readiness. The Corporation is actively scaling its efforts across all product lines – be it Hotels, Capacity Building, Air Ticketing, Event Management, Duty Free Shops and ensuring optimal resource utilisation and long-term sustainability. With customer-centricity at its core, ITDC continues to play a pivotal role in shaping India's tourism narrative, contributing meaningfully to national development goals and the vision of Viksit Bharat.
