Vipin Kumar, who is presently serving as Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer (Sr. DEE), North Western Railway (NWR), Jodhpur, has been appointed on deputation as Joint Commissioner (Deputy Secretary level) in Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS), Delhi, under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs for a period of four years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
