I fully agree. Periodic inspection of such Universities by intelligence agencies need to be done.

If RSS would have conducted 800 meetings per districts still this mandate was not possible if NDA specially Nitish Kumar rigorous work for development, women empowerment, employability and law & order would have been not done in due course of 20 years in Bihar.
