whispers in the corridors
The Executive Development Program (EDP) 2025 concluded in Udaipur, marking the close of an inspiring and transformative leadership journey. The multi-day program brought together participants from across HURL for an immersive experience designed to strengthen leadership capabilities, deepen self-awareness, and build a shared vision for the future. Through interactive sessions on Vigilance, Leadership, and Artificial Intelligence led by expert faculty, participants engaged in impactful conversations, reflective exercises, and collaborative activities that widened perspectives and reinforced a culture of teamwork. The program also created space for mindfulness and meaningful interactions, moments that allowed leaders to learn, evolve, and motivate one another. The program culminated with a warm group photograph capturing not just faces, but a shared spirit of purpose, growth, and camaraderie. The frame stands as a testament to integrity, innovation, and the collective resolve to lead with impact, leaders leading, the HURL way. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Siba Prasad Mohanty, Managing Director, HURL, said: “True leadership begins with self-awareness and grows through continuous learning. EDP 2025 reflects our commitment to building leaders who lead with clarity, courage, and conviction. I am confident that the insights gained here will inspire our teams to create long-lasting impact for HURL and for the nation.” As the curtains draw on this remarkable journey, one message stands clear: Leadership is not defined by a moment, but by the path one chooses ahead. HURL extends its best wishes to all participants as they carry forward the learnings, uphold the values, and continue leading with purpose and excellence. Here’s to the journey ahead.
Here’s to leading the HURL way.
