Lokesh Singh, who is repatriating from deputation at the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), has been transferred to the Railway Board and posted as Executive Director, Mechanical Engineering (Freight). He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
