Engineers India Limited (EIL) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ARAMCO ASIA INDIA PVT. LTD. (AAI) to explore the opportunity of close cooperation in respect of commercial feasibility and business potential of setting up a branch office as per range of services provided by EIL. Both Parties intend to establish and develop long-term business cooperation relationship. The MoU was signed by Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial), EIL and Jamal Al Enazy, Director of Aramco Asia Procurement & Supply Chain Management in the august presence of C&MD, EIL - Ms. Vartika Shukla, Vice President of Saudi Aramco Procurement Department, Khalid Al Hajri and Managing Director of AAI, Abdulrahman Y Althukair. EIL, a public sector undertaking under the administrative control of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG), Govt. of India, is a premier engineering consultancy agency providing concept to commissioning services across oil& gas, petroleum, refining, ferrous & non-ferrous, fertilizers, infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. AAI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Oil Company - the world’s leading integrated energy and chemicals enterprise - serves as a bridge between global capabilities and India’s dynamic energy landscape. AAI provides services, including coordination of transactions and projects related to crude oil, petroleum products, mineral oil, furnace oil etc. to Saudi Arabian Oil Company, the national petroleum and natural gas company of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
