Kallakuri NVSL Ramesh, who is presently serving in Central Railway (CR), has been transferred to the Centre of Excellence (CoE), Indian Railways Institute of Signal Engineering and Telecommunications (IRISET), and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
