The government has been delaying the appointment of these important positions just to find out who is to be rehabilitated, and in that process, the common man is a loser. The decision of my 4 RTIs, given by one IC, has not been implemented by RCS and DDA, and my 3 RTIs have been pending for a hearing for 3 years. If CIC does not try to improve the authority, it will become a Dead Letter as pointed out by former CJI.
