Shiv Shankar Lakra, who is presently posted in South East Central Railway (SECR), has been transferred to Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) and posted as Principal Chief Materials Manager (PCMM) (CHOD). He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSS) officer.
