Vaibhav Pathak, IRSE, formerly Senior Divisional Engineer (Sr. DEN), Northern Railway (NR), has been selected for deputation to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) as Joint General Manager (Civil), Rishikesh, for a period of three years with effect from September 1, 2025. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
