Gopal Krishna Thakre, formerly Chief Workshop Manager, MIB (WS), Nagpur, South East Central Railway (SECR), has been granted post-facto extension in deputation tenure with Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) as General Manager (Operations) in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) up to the fifth year, which is up to January 19, 2028. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
