Aneesh Hegde, who is presently serving as Joint Director (PG) to the Minister of State for Railways (State) (MoSR-S) has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister of State for Railways and Jal Shakti V Somanna) at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of four years or on a co-terminus basis with the Minister. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
