The CBDT has accepted the VR of three Asstt Commissioners from IRS(C&IT). They are- V. Sanjay, K. Vinod Kumar and Vijay Singh Meena. All the three officers have taken VRS before their scheduled retirement. According to information, Meena was scheduled to retire in August 2029 while Vinod Kumar; superannuation was due in July this year and Sanjay has also called it a day two years before. He was to retire on December 31, 2027.
