Transfer policy fir PSBs should be state wise. For womens, it should be strictly follow to transferred to near spouse's job location. Womens are very suffering due to current PSBs transfer policy.

These policies are at whims and caprice of powers that be. There are people who are not touched and people who are transferred multiple no of times. There is no uniformity....rules vary according to persons & their connections.

Labour, being a Concurrent subject, Central Government appoints officers from Central Labour Service (Group A), as Asst. Labour Commissioner(C), Regional Labour Commissioner(C), Dy. Chief Labour Commissioner(C), Addl. Labour Commissioner(C) and Chief Labour Commissioner(C) in the office of CLC(C). They perform all quasi judicial duties under all Labour Laws and also crucial for maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations across the country. I'm curious to know why this portal isn't aware of these postings.
